We Released One Bug Fix on 4/23/2017
We encountered a bug in the Supplier order screen after we installed our latest upgrade to address compatibility issues with the Microsoft Edge browser.
Specifically, an iPad user could not enter line items on a Supplier Order. This was fixed last week. Now, when entering a supplier order the line items will open in a new pop-up window.
Based on customer feedback we are rolling out many new enhancements too.
Many of us are back-filling customer orders during (and after) the 30 day free trial. When starting or completing customer jobs an email would automatically be sent to your customer informing them of the status of their order. This was confusing to your customers as their job may have already been completed.
To overcome this confusion we added a selection in the Studio Setup screen that gives you the ability to turn these emails on or off. To access this feature click on Admin from the main menu, then Studio Setup. Look for a 'Send Status Email" field below your address information. You can change this from Yes to No. Don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and save your change. When you are ready to use the auto-email feature again you'll need to set this field to Yes.
